How to do it
- Step 1: Lay on a bench or flat surface and lift one leg stright up
- Step 2: Take the opposite hand and reach the raised legs toe
- Step 3: exhale as you reach forward, hold for a brief moment, and release, and repeat
- Step 4: Focus on controlled movement and avoid using momentum.
- Step 5: Remember to breathe naturally and avoid holding your breath.
