How to do it
- Step 1: Lie back on an incline bench set to 30-45 degrees, holding a dumbbell in each hand at chest level
- Step 2: Press both dumbbells straight up until arms are extended
- Step 3: Bring the dumbbells slightly together at the top without touching
- Step 4: Lower with control back to chest level
- Step 5: Repeat for the full set
