How to do it
- Step 1: Start at the beginning of a straight section
- Step 2: Sprint hard on the straightaways
- Step 3: Walk or lightly jog on the curved sections for recovery
- Step 4: Maintain good posture and drive arms on sprints
- Step 5: Complete 6-8 full laps
- Step 6: Cool down with easy walking
