Ingredients
- 1 kg peeled deveined tails-on Large shrimp
- 12 minced Garlic cloves
- 150g Butter or olive oil
- 4 limes Lime juice
- chopped Parsley or cilantro
- optional heat Guajillo chile flakes
- to taste Salt
- serving Corn tortillas or rice
Method
- Pat shrimp very dry.
- Heat butter/oil medium-high, add minced garlic, cook 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Add shrimp in single layer, season salt, cook 2 minutes per side until pink and curled.
- Add chile flakes if using, squeeze lime juice over.
- Toss with herbs off heat.
- Serve immediately sizzling – Sinaloa coastal classic.
