How to do it
- Step 1: Setup — stand with feet shoulder-width apart, facing a clear path in the hotel room
- Step 2: Initiation — start by taking a small step to one side, keeping the knees slightly bent
- Step 3: Mid-phase — quickly shuffle to the other side, keeping the core engaged and the feet moving quickly
- Step 4: End-position — continue shuffling back and forth for the duration, focusing on quick turns and fast footwork
- Step 5: Return — slowly come to a stop, taking deep breaths and stretching the legs
- Step 6: Breathing and rhythm reminder — focus on the inhale and exhale pattern to maintain a consistent pace
- Step 7: Safety note — watch for any obstacles in the room and be mindful of the surroundings
