How to do it
- Step 1: Stand on one leg, with the other foot lifted off the ground.
- Step 2: Slowly lower the body down, keeping the back straight and the core engaged.
- Step 3: Reach forward with the arms, keeping them straight, and touch the ground in front of the standing leg.
- Step 4: Push through the heel of the standing leg to return to the starting position.
- Step 5: Repeat on the other leg.
- Step 6: Remember to breathe and keep the core engaged throughout the exercise.
- Step 7: Avoid letting the knee extend past the toes or arching the back.
