How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell with both hands and set up in an athletic stance.
- Reach overhead, then explosively hinge and drive the kettlebell downward as if slamming a ball.
- Absorb the force and immediately reset for the next rep.
- Keep the core braced and back flat.
- Complete 4 sets of 10-12 reps.
