How to do it
- Step 1: Stand tall with feet hip-width apart ina lunge position
- Step 2: jump and switch feet in mid air
- Step 3: at the bottom of the jump touch the ground with both hands
- Step 4: Push back to starting position
- Step 5: Alternate legs
