How to do it
- Step 1: Get in a lunge position with a pulley machine in front of you
- Step 2: if your right foot is forward use your right hand , and left foot forward left hand
- Step 3: grab a pulley end with no handle and bring it down almost stricking the ground
- Step 4: use a circular motion and repeat for 20 reps minimum each side
