How to do it
- Step 1: Lie back on the incline ab bench holding a kettlebell at chest level in each hand
- Step 2: Brace your core to keep your lower back flat against the bench
- Step 3: Press the kettlebells up until arms are extended
- Step 4: Lower with control back to chest level
- Step 5: Keep hips and core engaged throughout the set
