How to do it
- Step 1: Anchor the resistance band at shoulder height
- Step 2: Hold the ends of the band with your hands shoulder-width apart
- Step 3: Keeping your arms straight, pull the band apart, squeezing your lats
- Step 4: Hold for a brief moment, then return to the starting position
- Step 5: Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
- Step 6: Focus on slow and controlled movements, avoiding jerking or snapping the band
