How to do it
- Step 1: Lie on your back with legs raised and knees slightly bent
- Step 2: Crunch up and reach your right hand across to tap your left toes
- Step 3: Lower back down with control
- Step 4: Crunch up again reaching your left hand to your right toes
- Step 5: Continue alternating sides for the full set
