How to do it

- Step 2: Initiation — place one foot on a skateboard or rolling object
- Step 3: Main movement — Bend your arms to loser your body while keeping you back close to the bench
- Step 4: while lowering your body draw the roller out, and when puching up draw the rolloer towards you
