How to do it
- Stand facing the double pulley system holding the handles.
- Perform a reverse flying / pulling motion (wolverine style) by drawing the arms back and out.
- Squeeze the shoulder blades and rear delts at the peak.
- Return with control.
- Repeat for desired reps.
