How to do it
- Step 1: Stand or sit facing away from a low pulley with the double D handle at shoulder height
- Step 2: Hold the handle with both hands in front of your shoulders
- Step 3: Press the handle straight overhead
- Step 4: Pause briefly at the top
- Step 5: Lower with control back to shoulder height and repeat
