How to do it
- Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing straight ahead.
- Step 2: Hold the weight with both hands, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
- Step 3: Hinge at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight, and lower the kettlebell to the ground.
- Step 4: Push through your heels to lift the kettlebell back up to the starting position.
- Step 5: Repeat for the specified number of repetitions.
- Step 6: Rest for 60-90 seconds between sets.
- Step 7: Focus on maintaining a stable core and smooth movement.
