How to do it

  1. Step 1: Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.

  4. Step 4: Immediately stretch your chest to the side, holding for a brief moment.
  5. Step 5: Return to the starting position and repeat.
  6. Step 6: Focus on quick turnover and controlled descent.
  7. Step 7: Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
