How to do it
- Step 1: Place a resistance band around your ankles or just above your knees
- Step 2: Stand in a slight squat with feet hip-width apart
- Step 3: Step sideways with one foot, maintaining tension on the band
- Step 4: Follow with the other foot to return to hip-width
- Step 5: Continue stepping in one direction for the set, then reverse
