How to do it
- Step 1: Stand on one leg, with the other foot lifted off the ground
- Step 2: Engage core and keep back straight
- Step 3: Hold for the specified amount of time
- Step 4: Switch legs and repeat
- Step 5: Keep arms at sides and focus on balance
- Step 6: Avoid letting the lifted foot touch the ground
- Step 7: Keep breathing slow and smooth throughout the exercise
