How to do it
- Step 1: Setup — Stand next to a bar, thats about hip height
- Step 2: Lift your outside foot behind you and place the top of your foot over the bar
- Step 3: Then bend over and draw your outside hand under the bar
- Step 4: Then stand up and draw your torso and arm over the bar
