How to do it
- Step 1: Sit on the floor or a bench with your hands placed beside your hips
- Step 2: Press through your hands to lift your hips and legs off the surface
- Step 3: Extend your legs out in front of you, forming an L shape
- Step 4: Brace your core and hold the position
- Step 5: Lower down with control at the end of the hold
