How to do it
- Step 1: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding a kettlebell with both hands
- Step 2: Hinge at the hips and swing the kettlebell to one side
- Step 3: Drive your hips forward to swing the kettlebell across to the other side
- Step 4: Keep your core braced and back flat throughout
- Step 5: Continue swinging side to side for the set duration
