How to do it
- Step 1: Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart holding a dumbbell with both hands at chest level
- Step 2: Brace your core and keep your hips facing forward
- Step 3: Rotate your torso to one side
- Step 4: Return to center with control
- Step 5: Rotate to the opposite side and repeat, alternating for the set
