How to do it
- Step 1: Stand tall with feet hip-width apart
- Step 2: Shift your weight onto one foot and lift the other slightly off the ground
- Step 3: Engage your core and keep your standing knee soft
- Step 4: Hold the position, keeping your gaze fixed on a point ahead
- Step 5: Switch feet and repeat
