How to do it
- Set up in a forearm plank with feet on a skateboard/sliders and band around the feet or hips.
- Keep the body in a straight line.
- Tuck the knees toward the chest against the band resistance.
- Extend the legs back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for desired reps.
