How to do it
- Step 1: Stand with the feet shoulder-width apart, facing a wall or step.
- Step 2: Place the hands on the wall or step, with the arms straight and the shoulders down.
- Step 3: Lift one foot up and place it on the wall or step, keeping the knee bent.
- Step 4: Bring the other foot up to meet the first foot, keeping the knees bent and the back straight.
- Step 5: Step back down to the starting position, repeating the movement with the other leg.
- Step 6: Remember to keep the core engaged and the back straight throughout the exercise.
- Step 7: Avoid using momentum or jerking the body up.
