How to do it
- Step 1: Stand facing a step or box
- Step 2: Place one foot fully on the step and drive up to standing
- Step 3: Quickly tap the toes of your other foot on top of the step
- Step 4: Step back down with control
- Step 5: Repeat on the same leg for the set, then switch sides
