- 200 g L-Leucine powder (pure)
- 100 g L-Isoleucine powder (pure)
- 100 g L-Valine powder (pure)
- stevia, citric acid, natural fruit powder (for taste) Optional flavoring
Method
- Use food-grade, pure amino acid powders (available from supplement suppliers).
- Weigh leucine : isoleucine : valine in classic 2:1:1 ratio (200 g : 100 g : 100 g).
- Mix thoroughly in clean, dry container → use spoon or whisk → ensure no clumps.
- Optional: add stevia (sweetener), citric acid (tartness), or fruit powder → mix again.
- Sift through fine mesh if clumpy → store in airtight container in cool, dry place up to 1–2 years.
- Use 5–10 g per serving (mix with water/juice) pre/intra/post workout — basic homemade BCAA powder blend.
