Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
- 1 cup Fresh berries
Method
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined, about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped walnuts to the yogurt mixture and stir until they are evenly distributed, about 30 seconds.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into a serving bowl, then top with the fresh berries and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
- To toast the walnuts, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C), then spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Let the walnuts cool completely before chopping them and adding to the yogurt mixture, then serve and enjoy.
- For a thicker yogurt, strain it through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh sieve for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving, then discard the liquid and use the thickened yogurt in the recipe.
