Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tsp Spices
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tsp Mitmita
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Method
- Combine all-purpose flour, ground beef, onion, spices, egg, and mitmita in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed, about 5 minutes.
- Knead the mixture for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into a disk shape, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook each disk for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining dough portions.
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of mitmita on top.
