Ingredients
- 200g Egg noodles
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 100g Shrimp
- 100g Prawns
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Method
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high until hot, about 2 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and swirl to coat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent and starting to caramelize, 5-7 minutes.

- Add the shrimp and prawns and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and slightly charred, 2-3 minutes.
- Add the bean sprouts, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry, breaking up any clumps with a spoon, until the noodles are well coated and slightly charred, 2-3 minutes.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry, scraping the bottom of the wok, until the noodles are cooked through and the mixture is heated through, 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed before serving.
