How to do it
- Step 1: Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart
- Step 2: Engage the core and lift the hips off the ground
- Step 3: Rotate the torso to the left, keeping the arms straight
- Step 4: Quickly rotate to the right, using the obliques to generate power
- Step 5: Continue alternating sides for the specified reps
- Step 6: Focus on quick rotations and proper breathing
- Step 7: Avoid letting the hips sag or using momentum
