How to do it
- Step 1: Start in a standing position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Step 2: squat down and raise your arms.
- Step 3: jump up and while in mid air,tuck your knees up and lower your arms down.
- Step 4: lightly touch your knees with your hands in mid air then after landing safely repeat.
