Ingredients
- 1 cup Pork (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp Green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 to taste Salt (to taste)
- 4-6 Tortillas
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
- Add the pork and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through, breaking into small pieces as it cooks.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings behind.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, then add the gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Return the pork to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the pork is coated.
- Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
- Assemble the tacos by spooning the pork mixture onto a tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions and sesame oil if desired.
