Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) Fruit juice (100% pure, no added sugar)
- 4 tbsp (about 40 g) Unflavored gelatin powder
- 2–3 tbsp (adjust sweetness) Honey or maple syrup
- as per dosage (e.g. 1–2 ml) Liquid vitamins (multivitamin drops or specific like vitamin C/D)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (optional for tartness)
Method
- Pour fruit juice into small saucepan → sprinkle gelatin evenly over surface → let bloom 5–10 minutes (gelatin absorbs liquid).
- Heat mixture over low-medium heat → stir gently until gelatin fully dissolves (do not boil) → remove from heat.
- Stir in honey/maple syrup + lemon juice until dissolved → let cool slightly to 40–50 °C (warm but not hot) → add liquid vitamins → stir well.
- Pour mixture into silicone gummy molds (or ice cube trays) → tap molds gently to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate 30–60 minutes until fully set → pop gummies out of molds.
- Store in airtight container in fridge up to 2 weeks (or freeze for longer).
- Makes 30–50 gummies — customizable homemade vitamin gummies with real fruit juice and gelatin.
